В работе развиваются два тезиса: первый, имеющий отношение к философии политики, второй – к историческому описанию. Вначале даётся феноменологическая трактовка формирования политической идеологии, которая видится как конгломерат политических символов, удобных для навязывания в индивидуальные сознания. Для сохранения власти и отвлечения немцев от борьбы за собственные права и свободы германская политическая элита конца XIX – начала XX веков формулирует круг идей более глубинных и сильных, чем либеральные и социалистические. Это были идеи расового и национального превосходства, хорошо подходившие для «напряжённого» и «обиженного» сознания немцев во время обострения колониальной борьбы, а особенно после поражения в Первой мировой войне. «Опыт о неравенстве человеческих рас» Ж. А. Гобино – наиболее авторитетная расовая теория этого времени, активно популяризировалась «Обществом Гобино» в Германии вплоть до Второй мировой войны. Идеологи нацизма извлекли из гобинизма и соединили два важных идейных элемента: символ чистой арийской крови и эсхатологический мистицизм. Гитлера и Второй мировой войны. ; This paper explores two main ideas: the first one is related to the political philosophy and the second one – to the historical description. First of all, the paper gives the phenomenological interpretation of the formation of political ideology which is seen as a conglomerate of political symbols convenient for being implanted in individual minds. In order to maintain its power and distract Germans from fighting for their rights and liberties, the German political elite in the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century formulate a number of ideas which are more profound and strong than liberal and socialist ones. These were ideas of racial and national superiority well-suited for absorption by the German mind full of stress and resentment during the sharpening of anti-colonial struggle and, in particular, after defeat in World War I. Essay on the Inequality of the Human Races by Joseph Arthur de Gobineau represents the most influential racial theory of this period widely popularized by the Gobineau Association in Germany up to World War II. Nazi ideologists adopted two major elements of the Gobineau's ideology: symbol of the pure Aryan blood and eschatological mysticism. These ideas contributed to the creation of public mood favorable for Hitler's rise to power and beginning of World War II.
